She sells sea shells

Day two of this weeks 7 days of inspiration is all about shells shells shells.

Since I was a child I have been in love with them and everything ocean related. One day I even convinced dad to paint my room blue, and put up a white net so I could hang starfish on it, and so it would really make my bedroom feel like I was living under the sea.  And like fashion it seems as though everything comes back into fashion.

Since discovering the magical label Spell and the Gyspy Collective and the amazing blogger Leana from Coconut Lemon and Lime, they have reunited my passion and love for them. About a month ago I also stumbled across the ever so swoon worthy, The Design Villa, which compose the most to die for pics on insta.

So here it is, a collection of all my fav shell images I have had stored away, and some newbies too. :)

LOVE. WILD. FLOWER. CHILD.

Monday, one word which so many dread. I am learning to embrace it, as it is a day that I get to start another week of doing absolutely everything I love. And what better way to start it off with a little bit of 70's, flowers, Coachella and being a wild child.

This week I have decided to do a range of posts of what I am inspired by at this present moment, and if I had the money what you could expect would be coming from my next collection if I could do one.

For now I will just have to share it with all you.

I MUST BE DREAMING . . . . . .

I’ am sitting in my studio, all snuggled up in my onesie, watching the clouds come and go, sometimes giving me little pockets of sunshine or leaving behind a trail of soft rain, while also listening to the sweet sounds of Norah Jones newest album, that has hints of banjos and native American influences. You could say it’s a perfect Sunday.

I know this is a bit belated, seeing as though I have now sold out of all the dream catchers I made, however I wanted to share with you a few of my favourite ones, as I sit here currently making more.  Since these ones have sold, I have sourced new one off trims, and a wider range of feathers, which I am totally lusting over.

Can’t wait for you to all see them once they are finished. Hopefully the natural hemp twine will be in the mail next week, and I can finish weaving them  :)

Much love
Chelle
