On such a perfect sunny day, what better way to spend it then getting stuck into a fresh watermelon ice block. they are so easy to make and taste so good.
all you need is.
1. watermelon
2. plastic mould
3. spoon
4. bowl
...
1. crush the watermelon up in a bowl, and remove all seeds
2. poor crushed watermelon into plastic moulds
3. place spoon or stick into the middle of the crushed watermelon
4. place in the freezer over night to set
5 take out frozen watermelon moulds,place under warm water to remove the shell
6. you now have a watermelon ice block.
